Norcoast has maintained a fully staffed facility at this Anchorage, Alaska  location  under the current ownership since November 1986. Norcoast is a union mechanical contractor, specializing in commercial, industrial and retail construction in South Central Alaska. Norcoast field personnel are Plumbers / Pipefitters from Local 367, while related trade work such as sheet metal, pipe and duct insulation, sprinkler and controls are subcontracted out. Norcoast predominantly acts as the "prime" mechanical contractor, coordinating and directing all sub tier contractors. Norcoast also operates as the "General" contractor on predominantly mechanical oriented projects, and is familiar with all other aspects of the construction trade.

It is Norcoast Mechanical's goal to provide quality work at a competitive price in the south central Alaska commercial mechanical contracting industry.
